I like this building, it's in a great location, the people who live here are very neighborly and the super is fairly responsive and a good guy. However, the management company may as well not exist. If you try to call them about anything they ignore you and are very rude. I needed to get a landlord reference and had to call them every day for over a month before anyone even picked up the phone! Their name is Galster Management Company and if you google them a lot of negative stories come up. So the building is cool but the management company is horrible. |
