Apt #Basement |
This was my first real apartment in NYC. Its in the basement of a very nice brownstone in Clinton Hill. I was a very happy with the location and the apartment was wonderful. Unfortunately the owner stole my deposit (2 months) which at the time was a great financial burden. I can't recommend this apartment in good faith after what the landlord did. I can recommend it as a good buy and a nice place to live. |
