I lived in this building for 6+ Years and have many good things to say about it. The price is right, the location is fabulous and the apt layout is wonderful and spacious. The Superintendent, Paco, is a really great guy and very helpful.
The bad part:
The upstairs area gets extremely hot, all year round. In the summer it's almost unbearable, even with a good AC unit. The AC units that the building provides are horrible and waste electricity due to their inefficiency. I suggest the you go out and buy your own because the building will refuse to replace it even when it barely works. And speaking of the building management, they are the worst people to do business with. They are mean spirited and care nothing about their tenants. They are aggressive and disrespectful towards the tenants and sometimes just down right mean; they have often levy threats against many of the tenants for minor violations such as having your significant other left alone in your apartment.
All in all, it was a very good place to live but I can do without the heat and the building management.
