this building has some awful and loud people living in it. They party in the streets and hallways sometimes till 6am and are not kept in check by the people running the building. If you want to invest in this building--make sure that the board knows that you are aware of this and want it stopped.

This building is in the process of a major
makeover!

I can honestly say that Central Park has been my
Backyard for the past 30 years. This is a beautiful, safe and friendly neighborhood.
This is prime location

Most of the shareholders in this building are
selling or thinking of selling, With new shareholders coming in making renovations increasing resale value and the revamping of
Co-Op Board, This building is headed staraight
up in value.

Check this building up in a year, you're going
to be amazed at the increase in value!
