This was a great place...the parlor floor of a brownstone...paid $500.00/month for the 4/6 years I was there...landlord was a really nice guy. Nice hardwood floors, high ceilings. It was sort of a railroad set-up (no closed off bedroom) I was lucky to get this place. |
