Really nice building, I have lived there myself for over 3 years.
its on a beautiful tree lined street in the heart of prime prospect heights. The building is well maintained and very peaceful, my unit faces the rear of the building and it over looks the very nice common gardens. At night it is stone quiet, i have never once been woken up by noise of any kind. all the people in the building are polite professionals.
all in all its a pleasure to live there.
