The woman who owns this small brick house is a terrible landlady, the building is a real dump. I had a non-working stove for 3 months, with promises of a working one, until I finally went to HD and bought one myself. I had a waterbug infestation from hell, over 12 in a two week period crawling around the apartment. The roof leaked every time it rained. The basement had leaked sewage at some point before I moved in, and the smell came up via the heating vents, extremely disgusting. The landlady tried to cover it up with industrial disinfectant, which made the smell worse. I moved out after 7 months, couldn't take it anymore. Not recommended AT ALL. |
