This building is on a good block in Crown Heights. There's a nice church and elementary school on the same block so it's pretty quite most of the time. 4F is in the back of the building and in the summertime there is a lot of noise from parties on St Johns place at all hours night and day. The noise in the summer is really the only problem. Building management is good, so is the super. I had a little mold growing in my bathroom and he repainted it a couple days after I told him about it. Paint job was rough around the edges but oh well. The building is mostly older retired people with some younger people starting to move in, but everybody is pretty nice and respectful. |
